Conditions of Sale:

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the dog to be used in dog fighting, or similar activities.

If you choose to sell the dog or can no longer keep the dog,  you must give us the breeders first chance to buy or take the dog back.

This does not mean we are obligated to do so.

It is important that we receive updated photos of the puppy as it is growing up, and to receive a testimony of your experience dealing with us, to help other customers like yourself, thank you.

Payment:

Deposits are $400 unless stated other wise, which goes towards the price of the puppy.  Deposits are not refundable but transferable to another Ironmanpits breeding.  Shipping is $350 unless it costs more to ship where you live (This includes everything).  For deposits we except personal check, money orders, money gram, postal money orders, bank transfers, Western Union and for your convenience Paypal.  Paypal does charge a 3% possessing fee which you will pay.  So please add 3% to your total payment.  For the balance of the puppy we do not take personal checks unless it is paid far in advance to enable enough time to clear.

Deposits are not transferable after the puppy is 4 weeks old

The puppy is to be paid off by 7 weeks old unless negotiated at time of purchase.  We can hold the puppy for 10 days after 8 weeks free of charge on the 11th day, there will be a $20 boarding fee per night.  The puppy will go back up for sale if you can not make payment when agreed.  Thank you

Health Guarantee:

The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale.  The puppy will be current on all shots and de wormed.

The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 48 hours for a physical examination.  Should the dog be determined to have a serious illness at that time, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, you must let us know immediately, the dog may, upon written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian, may be returned for another dog of equal value.  No refunds will be given, vet fees and airfare will not be refunded.  After the 48 hours, we release all liability for illness.

We guarantee the puppy on any life threatening genetic defect that will shorten the dogs life before the age of 6 months old.  Should the dog be determined to have a life threatening genetic defect that would shorten the dog's life before the age of 6 months old, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the dog may, upon written diagnosis from at least 2 licensed veterinarian, be returned for another dog of equal value, no refunds will be given.  Vet fees and airfare will not be refunded.   If the dog is over 6 months old we release all liability, the choice to be determined by the seller.

We do not Guarantee on any other genetic defects that is not life threatening and will not shorten the dogs life before the age of 6 months old.  The choice to be determined by the seller.

If the replacement pups are of greater value, the seller will offer to deduct the original purchase price for the purchase of a new puppy.

We must get a signed copy of this contract before puppy is shipped/released.  Thank you
